My journey with food is rooted in both passion and purpose, blending classical culinary training with a growing commitment to plant based living. To deepen my understanding of natural wellness, I earned a Certificate in Medicinal Plants from Cornell University, where I explored the healing power of botanicals. These combined experiences shape my approach to creating food that is both nourishing and intentional.
In 2005, I founded Chef for Hire, LLC as a personal chef service and catering company.
